GAZE LONG ENOUGH INTO THE ABYSS

How would two people from two very different approaches to text look at an idea? Ms. Alwar is quite a visual thinker and I, with my penchant for words, is a more textual thinker. So we met today at White Teak Coffee Roasters, Mysuru, Ms. Alwar with her tiny watercolour set, and I with my trusted journal. Amidst coffee and conversation, we did what we both do decently — made art. We looked to ‘The Blind Leading the Blind’ by Lisel Mueller for inspiration and the rest, as they say, became a collaboration.
